   Timothy M. Taylor founded ICS Integrated Construction Services, Inc. In 1983. Mr. Taylor envisioned a team approach to Design and Construction. This team would provide owners and developers with the professional services necessary to facilitate the design, engineering, and construction of their projects from one point of trusted responsibility.

      ICS has succesfully proven the many advantages of an integrated team approach over the years. ICS provides the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction professionals necessary to take a project from its very first conceptual idea through completed construction in a rapid and cost effective manner.

The ICS goal is to enable our clients to succeed by obtaining the best possible design and construction in a timely, cost effective manner within a predefined budget.
