The Architecture division of ICS has the distinction of being the only Design Build Firm in the state of West Virginia to be affiliated with American Institute of Architects West Virginia Chapter. Markham D. Sallade, AIA leads the Architectural division via direct consultations with the President of ICS, Timothy M. Taylor. This division has proven to be a remarkable investment in capital and technology. The Architectural division uses the latest in architectural software provided by AutoDesk and Discreet Logic, including 3D Studio VIZ, 3D Studio Max, and Architectural Desktop 2005. The Architectural services are enhanced by our rendering and graphic presentation capabilities. ICS investment in the Architectural division also include blueline and plotting capabilities in house. This division has seen explosive growth over the last few years. ICS ability to have Architectural services in house allows us the unique opportunity to rapidly respond to any changes in design and to easily facilitate the construction of the project by allowing the architect to have sole responsibility for the construction of each project and to have a hands on experience in all phases of the construction. This alliance of in house architect and designer as well as allied professionals allows ICS to quickly and efficiently handle the needs of each client to facilitate the construction from conceptual design phase thru to completed project. Markham D. Sallade, AIA is currently licensed in 16 states as well as recognized by the national AIA and state AIA as a licensed and certified architect. The associated engineers work closely together as well with the architect to ensure that all the services provided are coordinated and cost effectively meeting the needs of the client and their budgets. |

Mr. Sallade performs architectural services as a Sole Proprietor where state guidelines prohibit a General Business Corporation or Contractor from using or employing an “in-house” architect. |
