      The Construction Management services provided by ICS include sub-general contracting, management of sub-contractors, management of architecture, engineering, and all phases of the project.  This service allows the owner or developer to pass the day to day responsibilities of managing a project to ICS.  Owners, developers and even general contracting firms have found this to be an advantageous service that allows the owner to focus on what he does best while knowing that the project managed by ICS is on schedule, within budget parameters and being managed in an efficient and cost effective manner.  ICS has experience in managing office buildings, fast food chain establishments, and various other projects.  These arrangements generally allow for the owner to carry the financial risk while the construction manager has a predefined fee for his services.
