Mr. Sallade is ICS's Architect, and coordinates all architectural services provided by our firm.  He is responsible for all architectural design, and production of construction documents.  Additionally, while overseeing construction phase administration, Mr. Sallade assigns duties and responsibilities to the construction managers, and reviews construction progress.

     As part of his administrative and quality control functions, he supervises the training and development of all employees, and establishes and monitors all corporate architectural and construction policies and procedures.

     In the area of fiscal responsibilities, Mr. Sallade sets, monitors, and coordinates project budgets with the company president and construction managers.
